I know that it's always a bit of a juggle to plan 3 days away from home. Travel expenses, work, child care, etc. are all real things that I completely understand.

Plan to be at the hotel by 5 pm on Friday, May 13th to give yourself time to check in at the registration table prior to the retreat kick-off
Directors and above please plan to be at the hotel by 2 pm on Friday
If you are flying home on Sunday, ideally book your flight to depart sometime after 3 pm so you don't miss any of the last days of the retreat!
